Our passion began with the incredible coffees of East Africa — Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Uganda — regions known not just for their exceptional beans, but also for communities in desperate need of clean, safe water. We couldn’t ignore the connection: the same hands that grow and harvest these world-class coffees are often the same hands carrying buckets of contaminated water for miles each day.
So we created Coffee 4 Water to bridge the gap. Every bag of coffee we sell funds water wells that bring lasting transformation to the farmers and families who grow our beans. When you brew with us, you’re joining a movement to end the water crisis — one cup at a time.
Our Model
Our model is simple: 100% of profits go to building water wells. We work with Water to Thrive, a nonprofit with over 15 years of experience building more than 2,000 wells across East Africa. Their proven model ensures each well is carefully planned, funded, built, and maintained for long-term sustainability.
Every purchase supports not just coffee farmers, but entire communities. You can track your impact with transparency — each completed project comes with reports, GPS coordinates, and photos so you can see exactly what your coffee helped make possible.
